I was proud to be raised in rural Manitoba where I developed the values of hard-work and responsibility. I gained a great admiration for nature and the outdoors which has led me to become a seeker of adventure both personally and professionally. As I became interested in politics and business, I moved to Ottawa where I am currently attending my 4th year of my Bachelor of Commerce while working on Parliament Hill.

INTRODUCTION

After graduating from Minnedosa Collegiate Institute, I moved to Ottawa to pursue my Bachelor of Commerce degree with a specialization in Marketing and later changed my specialization to a focus in Human Resources Management. With a keen interest in recruitment, labour relations and strategy, I plan to pursue graduate studies.

EDUCATION

Currently employed on Parliament Hill, I have built skills in the workplace such as traditional and digital communication, teamwork and coordination, along with leadership and innovation skills. I have acquired understanding in the importance of stakeholder relations, budget management, and effective communication in both my current and previous roles have include: Legislative Assistant, Parliamentary Assistant, Teaching Assistant, and Server.
